Just follow these instructions.
First choose your browser type:
Instructions for Internet Explorer 6 and 7
- Go to the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- See the bar marked Block All Cookies? Set this to Medium High.
- Click Apply.
Still having trouble?
- Go to the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Sites...
- Make sure search.pch.com is nowhere in your block list. If it is, remove it. Click OK.
Try to sign in. No luck?
- Go back to the Privacy tab.
- Click Advanced...
- Check "Override automatic cookie handling."
- Accept first-party cookies. Click OK.
Try to sign in. No luck?
- Go back to the Privacy tab.
- Click Sites... again.
- search.pch.com as an "allowed" site. Click OK.
Try to sign in. No luck? Do you run any special security software, such as Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security that might be blocking your cookies? If so, consult the instructions for those programs.
Instructions for Internet Explorer 5
- Go to the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level... button.
- Scroll down to Cookies and select Enable-ON
- Click OK twice.
Instructions for Firefox
- Go to the Tools menu and choose Options. (Or on a Mac, go to the Preferences menu and choose Preferences.)
- Click Privacy then open the Cookies section.
- Make sure Allow sites to set cookies is checked.
- Set your browser to Keep Cookies: until they expire.
- Click Exceptions and make sure search.pch.com is not blocked. Click OK in the Exceptions window.
- Click OK.
Instructions for AOL
- Click the Settings button.
- Click the Internet [Web] Options link (if you don't see this link, click the Essentials tab).
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- See the bar marked Block All Cookies? Set this to Medium High.
- Click Apply.
Instructions for Safari
- Choose Preferences from the Safari menu.
- Click the Security button.
- Click Accept cookies only from sites you navigate to.
